What is a transaction limit?

The transaction limit refers to the amount of money you can send to the recipient in a month. This transaction limit applies to all delivery speeds (Normal or Instant) and services (Bank Transfer, Cash Pickup, etc), except Mobile Top Up.

How much is the monthly transaction limit at Topremit?

The monthly transaction limits for our users are as follow:
  • For PEP users: IDR 250,000,000 - IDR 500,000,000.
  • For non-PEP users: IDR 500,000,000 - IDR 1,000,000,000.
*PEP or Politically Exposed Person is someone who works in the public sector or has an occupation related to the government.
How does the monthly transaction limit range work?
The monthly transaction limit for every user may vary based on your verified data. For example, some non-PEP users may send up to IDR 1,000,000,000 per month.
*Examples of non-PEP users: entrepreneurs, professional/consultant, real estate agent/business, instructor/lecturer, freelance worker, bank employee, money changer employee, private employee.

Please note that you may have lower transaction limits for some destination countries due to their regulations.

What should I do if my transaction exceeds the limits?

Don’t worry! If your transaction exceeds our monthly transaction limit, our team will reach out to you via email. You can simply provide relevant supporting documents for further checking so that your transaction can be processed to your recipient.

If I don’t exceed the limits, do I still need to provide supporting documents?

In some cases, our team may also contact you via email to request your supporting documents even if your transaction does not exceed the limits. This is needed to ensure a safer and smoother transaction process for you.
