When you request to delete your account, your personal data will be deleted from our main system after approval. However, your personal data would still be stored in our backup system for no more than 10 years of your account deletion date. The stored data in our backup system is retained strictly for law compliance purposes and would not be used for any other purposes.
Please note that when you propose to delete your personal data, it does not apply to transaction data. We store your transaction data in our database for an indefinite amount of time.
