Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Topremit Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate Partner” refers to you (the applicant), whether Personal or Business. By applying to the Topremit Affiliate Program, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Definitions
- Topremit means PT Top Remit, an entity that organizes the affiliate program and owner of Topremit platform.
- Platform means any platform that is owned and maintained by PT Top Remit, including but not limited to Topremit website and Topremit Application, whether it is available in iOS or Android.
- Visitor means anyone who is using Topremit’s service, whether it is a personal member, business member, or other visitors, and whether they are anonymous or not.
- Affiliated Member means user of PT Top Remit who has registered in Topremit using Affiliate link or code of the Affiliate Partner.
- Affiliate Partner means a personal or business member who is participating in the Topremit Affiliate Program by registering and promoting the Topremit platform.
- Fund Transfer Instruction is any instruction that is made by a member of Topremit that has been registered in Topremit and used Affiliate Partner’s Affiliate link or code.
- Advertisement is any effort made by the Affiliate Partner to promote Topremit platform for the purpose of this agreement.
- Affiliate link is any unique link that is provided by Topremit that can be clicked and it will direct Visitor to register in Topremit.
- Affiliate code is a unique code representing Affiliate Partner that is provided by Topremit to be used by Visitor to register in Topremit.
- Success Transfer is any transfer instruction that is made by an Affiliated Member and has already been successfully received by Beneficiary.
- Beneficiary is the person which will receive the fund based on fund transfer instructions made by the Affiliated Member.
- Current balance is the amount that reflects funds owned by Affiliate Partner in the execution of this Affiliate Agreement.
- Affiliate Agreement is this Affiliate Agreement, made and changed accordingly by Topremit.
- Terms and Conditions is Topremit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as described here.
- Prohibited Content is any content that is prohibited based on Law in Indonesia, including but not limited to Indonesian Anti Money Laundering Regulations, Indonesia Terrorist Financing Regulations, Indonesia Criminal Law Code and Indonesia Advertising Ethics.
- Program is PT Top Remit Affiliate Program.
Terms of Participation
In order to follow the Affiliate Program of PT Top Remit, Affiliate Partner is obliged to comply with all regulations made by PT Top Remit, either through Topremit’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other written policy currently effective.
Topremit Affiliate Program is a stand-alone program provided by Topremit, therefore for any participation of Affiliate Partner in this program, registration has to be made even if the Affiliate Partner has created an account in Topremit or Topremit for Business.
Affiliate Partner is obliged to provide any documentation regarding themself as required by PT Top Remit. The provided documentation must be true, accurate, and complete. Any kind of information provided to PT Top Remit must be made without intention to create any kind of misinterpretation or misleading effect to PT Top Remit.
Topremit Affiliate Program is a stand-alone program provided by Topremit, therefore for any participation of Affiliate Partner in this program, registration has to be made even if the Affiliate Partner has created an account in Topremit or Topremit for Business.
Affiliate Partner is obliged to provide any documentation regarding themself as required by PT Top Remit. The provided documentation must be true, accurate, and complete. Any kind of information provided to PT Top Remit must be made without intention to create any kind of misinterpretation or misleading effect to PT Top Remit.
Commissions and fees
For every Affiliated Member that registered from the Affiliate Partner’s link or code performing a success transfer, the Affiliate Partner will be rewarded undefined or other rewards for undefined days calculated from each Affiliated Member’s first success transfer as mutually agreed between Topremit and Affiliate Partner.
Affiliate Partner may be awarded with commissions only if Affiliated Member registers to Topremit (not Topremit for Business) using Affiliate Partner’s link or code. Affiliate Partner can always acquire new users that registered from the Affiliate Partner’s link or code as many as possible.
In the regards of Affiliated Partner’s participation in this program, PT Top Remit currently does not impose any kind of fee either to Affiliate Partner or Affiliated Member other than in the case that Affiliated Member is using Topremit’s service in order to send money abroad from Indonesia.
Affiliate Partner may be awarded with commissions only if Affiliated Member registers to Topremit (not Topremit for Business) using Affiliate Partner’s link or code. Affiliate Partner can always acquire new users that registered from the Affiliate Partner’s link or code as many as possible.
In the regards of Affiliated Partner’s participation in this program, PT Top Remit currently does not impose any kind of fee either to Affiliate Partner or Affiliated Member other than in the case that Affiliated Member is using Topremit’s service in order to send money abroad from Indonesia.
Withdrawal
Affiliate Partner can request withdrawal either to their Indonesian bank account or to their personal accounts. Withdrawal can only be requested once a month, with a minimum withdrawal amount of IDR NaN or equivalent in other currencies.
In the course of withdrawal or execution of this Affiliate Agreement, Affiliate Partner may be asked by Topremit to provide any clarification or documentation regarding tax that may be imposed to Affiliate Partner based on any relevant Law and Regulations. In this case, Affiliate Partner have the rights to not provide the document however this decision may affect differences in imposed tax charged towards Affiliate Partner.
It is also important to note that withdrawals made by Affiliate Partner are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). However, it is possible for Affiliate Partner who are non-Indonesian citizens (foreign nationals or individuals residing outside of Indonesia) to withdraw commissions in their respective native currency, which will be converted based on the exchange rate at the time of conversion, therefore in this case it is possible that the final amount that you receive might not be the exactly the same amount accordance with your withdrawal amount.
With this agreement, the withdrawal amount received by the Affiliate Partner later will be deducted by income tax in which the nominal deduction depends on the decision made by the Affiliate Partner according to the applicable regulations in Indonesia.

Usage and Obligations
Affiliate Partner shall agree and consent with this Affiliate Agreement before applying to Topremit Affiliate Program and by continuing to the KYC Process, Affiliate Partner therefore is deemed to have agreed with the Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliate Partner is permitted to use the Topremit brand and marketing resources available. However, logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate Partner does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials. The Affiliate Partner may never represent themself, Topremit or their relationship with Topremit in a false or misleading way.
Topremit is permitted to use Affiliate Partner’s data in order to check for any indication of manipulation, breach, fraud, or any usage of Topremit Affiliate Program against regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to AML Law and Indonesia Advertising Ethics.
Topremit is allowed to use any photo, video, pictures, sound, or name of the Affiliate Partner for the purpose of publication, advertisement, sales, or promotion without any kind of additional compensation from the Affiliate Partner.
Affiliate Partner is permitted to use the Topremit brand and marketing resources available. However, logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate Partner does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials. The Affiliate Partner may never represent themself, Topremit or their relationship with Topremit in a false or misleading way.
Topremit is permitted to use Affiliate Partner’s data in order to check for any indication of manipulation, breach, fraud, or any usage of Topremit Affiliate Program against regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to AML Law and Indonesia Advertising Ethics.
Topremit is allowed to use any photo, video, pictures, sound, or name of the Affiliate Partner for the purpose of publication, advertisement, sales, or promotion without any kind of additional compensation from the Affiliate Partner.
Prohibitions of Usage
In using and participating in the Topremit Affiliate Program, Affiliate Partner agreed not to conduct the activities listed below:
- Conduct any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activities on the affiliate website that is used by Affiliate Partner and through Topremit platform.
- Market Topremit using spam, unsolicited emails, or other unsolicited communications.
- Not to use any form of spyware, malware, adware, similar software, or using any other antisocial or deceptive method for any purpose related to the usage of Topremit platform or participation of this program.
- Increasing or seeking to increase the number of payment trigger events or Affiliated Member verification using any fraudulent or deceptive method.
- Conduct money laundering, encourage others to conduct money laundering, or build connections regarding money laundering using Topremit Affiliate Program or through Topremit platform.
- Conduct terrorist financing, encourage others to conduct terrorist financing, or build connections regarding terrorist financing using Topremit Affiliate Program or through Topremit platform.
- Market Topremit using any way or method which breaches Indonesia law and regulations, Affiliate Agreement, Terms of Service of Topremit or Indonesian Advertising Ethics.
Terms and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement. If the Affiliate Partner terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Topremit will be paid for any past or future customer transactions except for any payment of balance already disbursed to Affiliate Partner in its Remaining balance, subject to requirement from this agreement. If Topremit chooses to terminate the agreement, Remaining balance will be paid to the Affiliated Partner, which is also subject to this agreement.
In the case that Affiliate Partner execute its advertisement by breaching any relevant law, Topremit has the rights to partially or fully suspend Affiliate Partner’s account, freeze Affiliate Partner’s fund, hand over the fund to the relevant authority as demanded, or to claim compensation to the Affiliate Partner of any loss incurred by Topremit.
In the case that Affiliate Partner executes its advertisement by breaching any relevant law, Affiliate Partner will also agree that Topremit will not be liable of any loss or consequences arising from Affiliate Partner’s action.
In the case that Affiliate Partner execute its advertisement by breaching any relevant law, Topremit has the rights to partially or fully suspend Affiliate Partner’s account, freeze Affiliate Partner’s fund, hand over the fund to the relevant authority as demanded, or to claim compensation to the Affiliate Partner of any loss incurred by Topremit.
In the case that Affiliate Partner executes its advertisement by breaching any relevant law, Affiliate Partner will also agree that Topremit will not be liable of any loss or consequences arising from Affiliate Partner’s action.
Modification and Severability
Topremit may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Affiliate Agreement at any time and at Topremit’s sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, fees, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. Any modification of this Affiliate Agreement shall be notified to you before the changes are implemented and during that time frame, Affiliate Partner is suggested to review the latest changes. Any usage of our Affiliate Program after the new agreement is effective will be deemed as acceptance of the latest Affiliate Agreement.
If any provision herein is deemed by a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable law or otherwise, it shall, to the extent required by such law to be severed from this agreement and rendered ineffective so far as is possible without affecting the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
If any provision herein is deemed by a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable law or otherwise, it shall, to the extent required by such law to be severed from this agreement and rendered ineffective so far as is possible without affecting the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
Governing Law, Language, and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is available in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Bahasa Indonesia is the governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any difference of interpretation or conflict between Bahasa Indonesia and the English versions of this agreement, the Indonesia version shall prevail.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Indonesia and the Parties shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian law in all matters connected with or arising out of this Agreement. In the case there’s a dispute relating to this agreement, such dispute shall be resolved by the District Court in Medan in the country of Indonesia.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Indonesia and the Parties shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian law in all matters connected with or arising out of this Agreement. In the case there’s a dispute relating to this agreement, such dispute shall be resolved by the District Court in Medan in the country of Indonesia.
